Across District 29, our clubs are vibrant, committed, and visible. This energy is powerful. Let us now channel it even further by growing our network and extending Zonta’s impact into new cities and new communities.
As Chair of the Club Creator Committee, I want to share wonderful news that illustrates this dynamic momentum:
On Saturday, 6 June 2026, we will officially celebrate the chartering of the Zonta Club de La Roche-sur-Yon in Area 01 | France
This is more than a ceremony, it is a milestone for our District, a symbol of growth, courage, and collective commitment. Extending our network means:
- Reaching more women and girls
- Building new partnerships locally and nationally
- Sharing fresh ideas and innovative actions
- Strengthening our visibility and influence
We will have the honor of welcoming our Governor, our Governor-Elect, and many Zontians from District 29 as well as from Districts 27 and 30.
I warmly invite all Zontians from all five Areas of our Districtto join us in celebrating this important milestone together. Please save the date!

Another step forward…
At the beginning of April, we will also see the concrete realization of the Zonta Club Laval – La Perrine in Area 01 (France).
This emerging club is already a beautiful example of what Zonta’s future can look like:

- Intergenerational collaboration
- Inclusion and diversity

This diversity is our strength. It brings creativity, fresh perspectives, and opportunities for collaboration within the Area and at national level.
